You might have seen the 60 Minutes segment last November about millennials.
Ryan Healy, a founder of Brazen Careerist and Employee Evolution, was one of the people interviewed for the show.
I liked the segment and thought it covered some good ground. But the folks who created this YouTube video, clearly didn't feel the same way.

I had never seen that 60 Minutes clip before. Good Lord...
"The best thing for employers to do is to send a letter home to mom [and grandma!?] saying how they raised a great son!?"
Are we back in kindergarten!? It's statements like these that make our generation look like a bunch of unprofessional, spoiled brats.
By the tone of the report, I assume that perpetuating that stereotype was intentional...
Haha, yeah that was an interesting line.
One of the problems with generational analysis is that it allows the analyzers to define what a generation is about. I also think it often leads to a lot of self-fulfilling prophecy sort of behavior.
It's a lot easier to just spew lines based on stuff you read about what your generation is supposed to be like, rather than thinking from a different perspective. Maybe the guy in the segment is a case in point...
